If you're going to see a movie, Look is the place to be. I've been here countless times and always choose this theater for its comfortable reclining chairs and overall great experience. The food is consistently good, which is a big plus. However, I've had issues with the payment system--my cards are often declined, regardless of which one I use. Also, while the theater's phone number works, it directs you to leave a voicemail, but no one ever returns the call. I suggest management to improve this aspect of their service by ensuring that calls are returned.

My first time at this theater and after reading so many negative reviews I was a bit hesitant. However I had a great time and no complaints (to nit pick, perhaps public areas carpet could be cleaner) but my seat was super comfortable, the film looked and sounded great and concessions were delivered quickly and were fresh and service staff were friendly. I also greatly appreciated not being barraged with commercials prior to the movie! A few trailers of relevant movies and then the movie started! I will be back to this location again and highly recommend.

I came across this theatre while looking for date options near The Americana. Having been to multiple Alamo Drafthouse locations, I was excited to try Look Dine-In Cinemas. While I have to say I definitely prefer Alamo, my husband and I had a good time here, and I think it's a worthwhile alternative to check out. The cinema is actually split into 2 buildings connected by a courtyard. We actually didn't realize this at first because we went straight to the bar, lol. The female bartender was nice but a little slow. It was just us and another woman with her kid and it took over 10 minutes for her to even come over and take our order. We had the time, but it was kind of weird. Drinks were good though! I had a whiskey sour. We were able to take our drinks to our seats with us. And then we ordered from the QR code at our seats. I think each seat has a unique code which is how they're able to track which seat gets which order. My husband had a pizza and I had a quesadilla. We both really enjoyed our food. I'd like to see a few more healthy options and not so much fried food. But it is a movie theatre, so what can you do. I did find the ordering app a little frustrating and it logged me out even though I kept the tab open so I had to add on an extra drink from my husband's tab. They do close out your tab after 30 minutes, but I wasn't sure if that meant in total, of inactivity, or after the film. So I wish there were more instructions given before you're seated. Like the ticket scanner gives you a flyer with the info for ordering on it or something. But the overall experience was actually really good. The film was great. We saw The Boy and the Heron. It was so nice to have food and drinks brought to our seat. The wait times were reasonable too. I think we only waited maybe 20-30 minutes tops for our food. Definitely recommend ordering when the trailers start so you can have your food when the movie begins.
